Improving Lives
Through Mentorship and Education.
Sistahs in Dentistry (SID) is an association of black women dentists where black women connect to uplift each other throughout their careers. We want to prove that we can work together, despite societal beliefs that we can not. We are educated, strong, role models and forces to be reckoned with, perfect in our skin and we should celebrate that. As a community we want to encourage those interested in the dental field through mentorship and education.

A Great Place to Grow
The more black female dentists unite, the more we can help each other become successful. We are a community that encourages and supports each other and celebrates each other’s accomplishments. We know that when black female dentists unite and work together, we are able to help each other experience greater successes in life and business, which also positions us to give back in greater ways to the communities that we live, work, play, and worship in.
